4 weeks out from competition:

1) Squat

180          1           1 - suit with straps down, belt and shoes
210          1           2 - straps up, belt and old knee wraps   

2) Bench press - pinkies on ring 5x4

3) Deadlift (no belt)
Weight    Reps    Sets
170           3          3

Still exhausted from previous workouts,  squats were stupidly slow.
