200             1            1  - straps up, no wraps
220             1            1  - straps up and wraps  
240             1            1  - new PR,

3) DE DL
180 x 6x1
220 x 1
240 x F - lifted with hips far to high.

circuit these last 3 exercises

4) reverse hypers 4x10 bodyweight only

5) side bends 3x10 plate held in hand

6) hanging leg raise 3x10 bw only
